Always a treat to catch My Brightest Diamond (aka Shara Worden) when she
comes to town.
Last time I saw her was back in December 2008 @ Le Poisson Rouge in NYC
with a full band backing her up.
This time around, she came here all by her lonesome and very preggers.
We got treated to songs from both albums [...]

Beach House “10 Mile Stereo” Live @ La Sala Rossa

One of my favorite albums of the year so far (and on many other people’s
lists aswell) is Beach House’s “Teen Dream”.
They were in town last night, performing most of said new album to a very
attentive crowd @ La Sala Rossa.
Even tough they played in almost complete darkness, they managed
to re-create their sweet dream pop-ish sound [...]
