First live show of the year I shall attend is for these find fellas.

Halifax shoegazers Kestrels coming to town for the first time Saturday night @ Le Cagibi.

They’ve got a fine debut album in 2009’s “Primary Colours” and early last year with a 7″ titled “The Solipsist” and last month with a free single titled “There All The Time Without You” which you can download right here aswell has their entire discography on their bandcamp page.

Make sure to check out lead singer’s Chad Peck solo project We Need Secrets aswell. Some tasty Canuck shoegaze put out on the fine label Noyes Records.

Also thrown into mix, from this fine city of ours are experimental droners AIM LOW to wake your senses and shake them about and dream pop loopmaster CRESTING.
