I was already preparing a post to celebrate the release of this new opus
for tomorrow morning but sneaky Brits them Radiohead blokes are, they pulled
a fast one on us yet again and unleashed this (Nigel Godrich produced) monster
today.

Bonus:

We’re getting a music video for the first single “Lotus Flower”.

Radiohead - “Lotus Flower”
Directed by Garth Jennings.

Watch Thom Yorke bust out his sexiest, white boy moves on us.

It’s enthralling really.

Lowdown on how to get the album the legit way:

For North Americans, you go through HERE.

The “Newspaper” version (48$ W/MP3s ~ 53$ w/ WAVs) of the album includes:

* Two clear 10″ vinyl records in a purpose-built record sleeve.
* A compact disc.
* Many large sheets of artwork, 625 tiny pieces of artwork and a full-colour
piece of oxo-degradeable plastic to hold it all together.
* The Newspaper Album comes with a digital download that is compatible with
all good digital media players.
* One lucky owner of the digital version of The King Of Limbs, purchased
from this website, will receive a signed 2 track 12″ vinyl.

Digital Version (9$ MP3s ~ 14$ WAVs):

* MP3 version is a 320K constant bit rate file.
* WAV version is a full CD quality uncompressed digital audio file.
* One lucky owner of the digital version of The King Of Limbs, purchased
from this website, will receive a signed 2 track 12″ vinyl.

It will be released in stores by TBD Records in Canada/USA March 29th
and the day before in the UK through XL Recordings.

Please let there be a tour and please let this tour stop in Montreal and play
an indoor show.

How rad would that be.

FYI: The King Of Limbs takes its name from a millennial tree in Savernake Forest
in Wiltshire, England. It’s near Tottenham House, where part of 2007’s In Rainbows
was recorded.

So … Toughts? Comments? I’ll Tweet mine after my first listen this morning.
