Posted on May 4, 2009 |

Holy cracker on a bus.

This day just keeps getting better and better.

First off, I just learned that The Posies added a second night to the
“Let’s play the entire “Frosting On The Beater” album front to back”
one off that was already scheduled for June 12th @ The Bell House.

This 2nd night will go down the next day @ The Gramercy Theatre.

Tickets will go onsale May 7th @ noon.

You best believe I’ll be attending that show aswell.

Here’s a new interview With Ken Stringfellow done for the
Huffington Post, talkin’ bout his great new band The Disciplines
(I featured them in episode 79) and he talks about The Posies
and the upcoming shows in NYC.

One of my TV favorites, The Soup’s Joel McHale got a series pickup
today from NBC for his new comedy “Community” starring Daily Show’s
John Oliver
and Chevy Chase of all people, created by Dan Harmon,
the guy behind the either you really love it or you think it’s a piece
of shit show “The Sarah Silverman Program” I fall in the former
category and directed by the Russo brothers, Joe And Anthony who
were behind some of the finest episodes of “Arrested Development”.

Check out the trailer you must.
