In honor of the Hip Hop Doc “Beats, Rhymes & Life: The Travels Of A Tribe Called Quest” currently in theaters, may I present to you a mixtape from Toronto Turntabalist/DJ M-Rock.

At 70 min +, All 5 ATCQ albums are sampled + Q-Tip’s solo projects and his many guest starring spots on classic old school joints, Some of Phife’s rhymes mixed in with some Beastie Boys, Jay-Z, Fu-Schnickens, De La Soul to name just a few you.

It is as the kids would say DOPE.
